Paulyn Swanson Earns Accreditation in Public Relations

Paulyn Swanson, APR is the Communications Manager at the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation. As an Alaskan, she is passionate about APFC’s stewardship of the Alaska Permanent Fund (Fund), and is proud to be part of a motivated, innovative, and diverse team striving for excellence in the management and investment of Alaska’s treasured financial resource. As a communication professional, she works to convey the mission, vision, and work of APFC in a professional format that is responsive to Alaskan stakeholders and aligns with the Corporation’s growing international reputation.

For more than twenty years, Paulyn has worked in service to her fellow Alaskans. Before joining APFC in 2016, she worked over sixteen years with the Alaska State Legislature as a Legislative Aide and two years as the Deputy Legislative Director. Paulyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont. She was also awarded a teaching assistantship with the Fulbright Austrian-American Educational Commission, enjoying six years of working abroad in Salzburg, Austria, before returning home to Alaska.
