The Program Coordinator 2 will work within the Division of Public Health, Office of Substance Misuse and Addiction Prevention. The position develops and oversees communication materials of all kinds and provides the full scope of public education and communication in the Public Health specialty area of substance misuse and addiction prevention and will carry out research and evaluation to identify, define, and prevent morbidity and mortality associated with substance misuse and addiction.

This position will also be responsible for the long-term program development, strategic planning, coordination, evaluation, oversight and budget management of multiple programs designed to positively improve Knowledge, Attitudes and Behaviors (KAB’s) in order to create behavior change outcomes including extensive survey work, social and behavior marketing communication strategies, and public education campaigns.
