This position establishes and manages the fundraising programs for the Greater Fairbanks Hospital Foundation. This position cultivates both internal and external relationships in order to implement significant fundraising goals. Provides leadership, training, and support to the FHP Board, management, physicians, and community volunteers to implement established goals and objectives. Personally identifies prospects and solicits gifts.
- Requires the knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, communication or related field.
- Skill level as typically achieved with three (3) to five (5) years of public relations and/or fundraising experience.
- Previous experience in program management and familiarity with fundraising software to track donors and measure progress against goals.
