The Foraker Group seeks a dynamic and collaborative leader to grow and steward our Leadership Transition services. These services are designed to assist boards, executives and staffs of all sizes and types of nonprofits to successfully navigate the critical process of changing an executive or other key leadership position. The Director will lead a team of Foraker organizational development staff and consultants, executive recruiters and administrative support staff who educate Alaska nonprofits to the benefits of managing leadership transitions well and by providing a hands-on consulting process over a 9 to 18-month period. Foraker’s three-phased process prepares the organization and its leaders for a transition and defines competencies required in the next leader, facilitates the search, recruitment and selection process for the next leader and assists with a successful onboarding for the new leader.
