Supports External Affairs and ARRC business units in meeting internal and external corporate communication goals with employees, the media, customers, constituents and the community at large. Supports the Operations, Real Estate and Marketing Departments with regulatory compliance requirements in the field of public involvement, grant applications, technical writing and public relations activities as they relate to the Alaska Railroad’s Capital Projects Program, Transit Asset Management System, and Systems Safety Plan. Develops and manages website content, for both the employee and corporate sites (excepting Passenger Services). Responds to public inquiries and complaints.
