The director of Communications and Community Outreach directs a comprehensive communications program to support the Anchorage School District’s mission and goals. The director’s duties include providing strategic communications counsel to ASD staff and developing and supervising communication styles and programs. This position frequently requires duties outside of the business day. This is an Exempt position and has a retirement association with the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS).
