Work independently and with minimal supervision ensuring smooth workflow, with great ability to multitask. Administrative responsibilities include front office, answering phones, greeting visitors, and filing. Marketing responsibilities include Web research seeking new business opportunities. Prepare proposals in response to RFP’s by assembling bid packages, including cost proposals. Contract review and change order tracking in coordinating and supplying bookkeeper with invoicing information and schedule of values. Create spreadsheets for budgets, submittals, and job tracking. Prepare job specs as part of design process. Maintain job and proposal files. Typing speed 50+ wpm. Proficient in use of all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Salary DOE.  Previous construction or architectural experience desired.
