Under the direction of the City Manager, this position directs City media, communications, and special projects. Conducts City economic development initiatives, and monitors their effectiveness. Researches and writes grant applications in support of various City projects. Coordinates and prepares annual reports, publications, and marketing materials for the City. Completes analysis, studies, and reports on special projects as assigned.
