The Foraker Group is seeking candidates for the position of Recruiter (independent contractor). The recruiter is a critical member of the Foraker Transitions: Search and Succession team. Under direction of the Team Lead, the Recruiter has lead responsibility for the outreach, networking, reference checking and other actions needed to develop a strong semi-finalist pool and finalist pool that meets the requirements of the client as they evolve through the Transitions process. These searches will be primarily for executive and C-Suite positions, but may also include highly-specific staff leadership positions.
