Meet Taylar Sausen, the regional director of communications for the American Red Cross of Alaska. She comes to the position by way of several years’ experience in multimedia journalism and television production.
Job Responsibilities:
I manage a team of 17 volunteers and we all are responsible for handling all internal and external communications for the entire state of Alaska. The communications are focused on normal operation procedures and also emergency situations.

Education: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota in 2016.
