Meet Rachel Bylsma, external affairs manager for the Alaska Oil and Gas Association, a professional trade association fostering the long-term viability of the oil and gas industry in Alaska. A veteran of state and federal government relations, she’s new to PRSA.

She earned a Masters in Public Policy from Liberty University in Virginia (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Fox University in Oregon (2008).
