Kelsey Fiedler is a senior creative content manager at Thompson & Co. Public Relations (T&C).
I work closely with clients to build and execute communications plans that get results. On the creative content team, I contribute to owned content strategies for the agency and our clients. When I’m not executing communications plans for clients, you’ll find me working on the T&C blog and our newsletter, The Ampersand – or evaluating data and analytics, and researching the latest trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in English, earned from Benedictine College I Atchison, KS, in 2016.
How does membership in PRSA assisted you?
When I finished college and moved to Alaska, I didn’t know anyone. The first thing I did was join PRSA, looking for connections to help with my search for a job to start my career. I was immediately greeted with a trusted network of PR professionals and connections that have proved to be invaluable.
Finding a network when I had none, and all the professional development and member benefits that followed is what I like best about PRSA.
Thoughts on PRSA Alaska Volunteering
I have explored a few volunteer positions over the last couple of years. Volunteering is a great way to form deeper connections with other members and I encourage everyone to explore volunteer positions on different committees to find something you really enjoy. There really is something for everyone!
