Foraker seeks a collaborative, humble, gracious, and joyful leader to serve as a Lead Capacity Builder. The Lead Capacity Builder will be part of a team of capacity builders who are responsible for strengthening organizations, tribes, and collaboratives throughout Alaska using Foraker models, philosophy and process. The ideal candidate will have intimate and first-hand knowledge of the unique opportunities and challenges in rural Alaska and a strong connection to Alaska Native leadership and is willing to share that knowledge to strengthen Foraker’s practice.
