Iditarod Historic Trail Alliance (Alliance) seeks an independent contractor to support nonprofit communications, outreach, and related project coordination efforts. This is a contractor relationship, not an employee position. The anticipated workload is approximately 20 hours per week on average, though actual workload may vary depending on project needs and mutually agreed assignments.
The Alliance is a statewide nonprofit working to promote, protect and preserve the 2400-mile Iditarod National Historic Trail system that extends from Seward to Nome, Alaska. The contractor will support communications and outreach efforts related to the Iditarod National Historic Trail (INHT) and Alliance programs.
