Gravity – Keeping employees engaged and connected in a distributed workforce

Jun 1, 2022 | Event

While the COVID-19 pandemic created a host of challenges for businesses around the world, it also presented an opportunity for companies to rethink how they work – and the result has been a dramatic shift to hybrid and remote work. But for those companies that have made the shift, it’s meant finding new ways to keep employees engaged and connected. For GCI, Alaska’s largest telecommunications company, that’s meant the development of the “Gravity Series,” which is designed to inform, inspire and celebrate. And it’s the force that continues to bring GCI employees together – even as they work in distributed workforce model.
