Digital Communications Coordinator – HDR

Our Alaska Strategic Communications team is seeking a digital engagement specialist who excels in a fast-paced, team environment.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and enjoys connecting with target audiences through a wide range of technological mediums. We are looking for a candidate who can implement and coordinate tasks regarding internal and external digital engagement platforms, is flexible with revolving deadlines, and enjoys continuous learning opportunities. Internal clients include engineers, planners, and architects. External clients range from private entities to local, state, and federal governments.

Duties include comment management data entry, contact management systems management (i.e., Constant Contact, MailChimp), maintenance and organization of department’s internal filing structure (i.e., One Note, Microsoft Teams), editing documents in InDesign and Microsoft Word (basic graphic design support), social media liaison and content planner, and coordinating with internal specialists for project deliverables.

Time management around multiple deadlines, organization of projects, tasks, and client edits, reliability and consistent follow-through are critical to success in this role.
