You will lead key communications campaigns supporting the highest priority OIT change initiatives.  You will design, implement and execute consistent communications strategies and capabilities that combine clear, timely OIT communication with “voice of the customer” driven feedback.  You will promote organizational adoption of those strategies and capabilities to improve the value of OIT services for our customers, and to support continuous improvement of OIT services.  You will produce promotional and communication products that link OIT innovation, service delivery, and change management functions.  Your straightforward, confident approach will ensure the right media are employed at the time for the right audiences to gather customer feedback and drive customer perception of value.
