The Communications Manager will help to create and promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the public, and employees through the creation and distribution of brochures, news releases, and other documents. The Communications Manager will be responsible for internal and external communications sent from Bean’s Cafe and The Children’s Lunchbox (TCL). The goal is to ensure a consistent voice while increasing brand awareness, employee morale, and boosting donations.
