The UAA College of Health seeks creative, driven candidates for its communications coordinator position, which is an integral part of the College of Health communications team. The communications coordinator is responsible for developing and disseminating communications/marketing content for the Division of Clinical Health Sciences, which houses many of UAA’s academic programs in clinical health care professions.
This position manages and creates engaging content for a wide range of communications channels, including websites, social media accounts and marketing/advertising campaigns. The position plays an essential role in promoting the division’s activities, supporting student recruitment efforts, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and partner institutions.
The selected candidate will join our communications team as the UAA College of Health continues to grow. Our academic programs train Alaska’s future professionals across a wide range of health and social service fields, our researchers conduct innovative research on health and social issues in our state–and our communications staff have a vital role in advancing the college’s work.
