Account Manager duties may include but are not limited to: lead client projects across multiple industries, scopes and timelines, ensuring goals are met or exceeded, cultivate and deepen client relationships by understanding and anticipating client needs and crafting tailored strategic communication plans, and implement both traditional and digital public relations strategies that effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
Account managers should have at least five years of industry experience in public relations and communications. Industry knowledge in the areas of travel/tourism, education, telecom, and/or health care are highly desirable.
