Rising Tide Communications, a boutique public relations and marketing agency in Anchorage, Alaska, seeks a qualified and motivated account manager to join its growing communications team. Our agency offers clients a full-service menu of communications options. We’re looking for a high-functioning professional with experience in at least one aspect of organizational communications and has an interest in further developing their skills in the industry.

This position is the day-to-day lead for several of RTC’s accounts that utilize public relations strategy, digital advertising efforts and content creation to tell impactful stories. The successful candidate will coordinate a talented internal team and creative professionals.

Experience managing multi-phase projects and outlining budgets are necessary skills. Your role serves as a diplomat and bridge between the client and the RTC team executors- you’re both a client translator and a creative whisperer.

This position leads strategic planning processes for clients, participates in new business development efforts, and client reporting. While our team is small, you’ll be expected to manage junior employees and be a collaborative mentor.

The ideal candidate is professional, can juggle lots of tasks and timelines, and knows Alaska and its issues well.
