Date: Thursday, June 6, 2019
Check-in location: PARKING LOT for the Comfort Inn Downtown, 111 W Ship Creek Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 (you will need to pay for parking)
Check-in time: 11:15 – 11:30 a.m. (arrive NO LATER than 11:30 a.m. and BRING ID)
Transportation to ship (via motor coach): 11:45 a.m.
Lunch and presentation: 12 – 1:15 p.m.
Ship Tour (optional): 1:15 – 1:45 p.m.
Disembark and transportation to the parking lot (via motor coach): 2 p.m.
IMPORTANT: PRSA Members MUST RSVP by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019.
Boarding the Maasdam requires government issued ID and will be similar to boarding an airplane. Only RSVP’d guests will be permitted to board – do not send anyone “in your place.”
